I've got exactly the same mouse.  As it's USB it "just works" without
any need to put anything in rc.conf.  However, there has been the odd
occasion when I've rebooted and the mouse has not been seen.  A quick
unplug-plug always fixes.

    Option "Emulate3Buttons" "yes"

but does have the line

    Option      "ZAxisMapping" "4 5"
