Stein, have you tried "camcontrol reset n,n,n" to reset the DVD drive?
Yes, I tried that (if my memory doesn't fail me). It seemed to fail on something
related to the ATAPI device /dev/acd0.
Well, I'll test this again tonight, just to be sure
