        The 7 hours were taken up by rebuilding the INDEX.
        The failure will be because your portupgrade is too old.

  Since INDEX version in CVS is always too old, portmgr decided to
  remove it.  You will still be able to build your own INDEX or use
  'fetchindex' target in /usr/ports/.

        pkg_delete portupgrade-\*
        (cd /usr/ports/sysutils/portupgrade; make install clean)
