Hmmm... strange. Do you have ntpd running? What does those commands say:

# ps aux | grep ntp
# ntpq -np
After private conversation with ExTaZyTi :
The problem with time was because of kern.securelevel = 2 ;)
hardware DDoS .. well it's just a DoS in his case.
