Once i used CLFAGS=-O2 -fno-strict-aliasing -pipe and it failed, other time I used CFLAGS=-Os -pipe and it also failed

I have compiled everything with the previously mentioned CFLAGS and the system runs fine (only a problem with using RUM, however I think that is driver related, not compile flags related) The ports that are affected by strict-aliasing, are they not protected (i.e. force -fno=strict-aliasing?) > I suggest you remove the CFLAGS line, rm -r /usr/obj > (and make sure /usr/src is fresh) and start over. I'll try some experiments to see if I can isolate the problem David _______________________________________________ freebsd-stable@freebsd.org mailing list http://lists.freebsd.org/mailman/listinfo/freebsd-stable To unsubscribe, send any mail to "[EMAIL PROTECTED]"
