I'm currently running FreeBSD 6 on an old Intel STL2 motherboard and I've
been unable to get the USB drivers to work properly. The system recognizes
the controller and usb and usb0 show up in /dev, but it cannot see any USB
devices. I tried attaching an optical mouse locally. It lights up
initially, but then it turns off as the USB controller is recognized and
giant locked. I have the same results on the GENERIC kernel as well as all
custom kernels I have built. I've included the dmesg and pciconf pertaining
to the USB controller. Any suggestion on what may be wrong or is there any
further data needed?

dmesg output:
