[PATCH] Fix ugen multiple panics and detach race conditions

I've updated my ugen patch again.  It now adds support for select() on 
writes and fixes the detach select() panic.

The patch should fix ALL outstanding ugen panic PRs.

Would a commiter please take a look at these changes.  They are 
applicable to CURRENT, RELENG_6, and RELENG_5.  A few of the changes 
are also applicable to NetBSD and OpenBSD too.
