It seems that you didn't run "make delete-old" after upgrading to 8-STABLE.
I don't have usbdevs on fresh 8-RELEASE nad 8-STABLE.
No, I ran it, but /usr/sbin/usbdevs isn't in ObsoleteFiles.inc, so it
isn't removed. I've entered PR usb/146799.
