Look like Port routing mask change from 0xffffffff t0 0x0000003f.

I try to set hw.usb.xhci.xhci_port_route="0" or
hw.usb.xhci.xhci_port_route="0xffffffff" in /boot/loader.conf, also not
work in r268604 kernel.
