結論から言うとできました。＼( ・∀・)/
「試しに GeForce 6150 の"Device"セクションを２つ書いてみた」際、
[EMAIL PROTECTED] Screenの記述はあったのですが、
例示して頂いた xorg.confを参考に、7300GSの方のDeviceセクションにあった
Screenの指定をコメントアウトしてみたところ、見事に所望の設定になりました。
ちょっと長いですが、参考までに出来上がった xorg.conf全文を晒しておきます。

２枚目のビデオカードに対してScreenを明示的に指定するとダメみたいです。
