某所から誘導されてまいりましたf(^^;

FreeBSD 6.3-Release(6.3-RELEASE-i386-bootonly.iso)をインストールしようとする
と、panicで起動しません。
WindowsServerや、DebianLinuxなどは起動します。
FreeBSD 7.0-Release、FreeNASの起動CDでは起動しませんでした。
memtest86はエラーなく、48時間パスしました。
PnP情報までは取得できているみたいなのですが、その次の処理でpanicになるようで
す。
RAIDカードは付けていても外しても同じ症状です。
BIOSなのでしょうか・・・?
