Then I might be doing something different than the expected. 1) I set up my bridges and my taps and IP then according (I have a /24) 2) I associate all the taps with an IP Address. 3) I install the VM using UEFI method on. 4) using VNC I make certain the VM is working accordingly. So Linuxes such as Fedora, Centos, Debian and Ubuntu are working using ssh and VNC Windows 2016 OTOH is working using VNC but not using Remote Desktop.
