Seems that your SCSI devices are got recognized a bit later then kernel
expects. I'm not sure of delay nature, but you may try either/both lines at
/boot/loader.conf:
---
kern.cam.boot_delay="10000"
kern.cam.scsi_delay="10000"
---

The values are in ms and may vary.
