Could I have your output of pciconf -lc pci0:0:0:2 and other IOMMU
subclass devices, and also the ACPI ivrs table? You could generate the
ivrs table dump by /usr/local/bin/acpidump -b, and the table will be
available as ivrs.dat in the current directory.
