The rtwn driver in FreeBSD 11.0RC3 doesn't successfully load the firmware
during boot; it errors with "timeout waiting for checksum report"
(sys/dev/rtwn/if_rtwn.c line 2193). It does successfully bring up the wlan
interface and authenticate to a network if I manually unload and reload the
rtwn module.
