Change command name from [read|write]_le_host_supported_command
The hccontrol command [read|write]_le_host_supported_command does not track
the actual Bluetooth command name (Bluetooth Specification 5.2 Vol. 4 part E
Section 7.3.78 and .79)
Change the command to read_le_host_support and write_le_host_support
respectively.
Fix some spelling errors and typos while there.
