Hello,

I can not give you an feedback for 4.0 (the data you gave looks for me like
Xen and Debian Squeeze) but I can say that 4.2 with Linux 3.7.4 with Debian
Squeeze as Dom0 is doing a good job with FreeBSD 9.0 and 9.1 HVMs
