   Hi Roger,

   I'm retaking this issue. I have an spare dual Xeon Intel(R) Xeon(R)
CPU E5-2420 box I can use for this. It currently uses 10.2-prerealse (as
of july 2015 more or less) but I can update it to head if necessary.

   IIRC correctly there were a few patches for this particual CPU needed
that made it to the src tree (head of stable?) but if I also recall
correctly there were also the hotplug patches for both the kernel and
Xen. Were those committed or do I need to apply them?

   Next week, if I succeed building the needed bits, I'll plan to play
with the hotplug script myself.
