Chris Hutchinson <[email protected]> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- CC| |[email protected] --- Comment #1 from Chris Hutchinson <[email protected]> --- (In reply to MMacD from comment #0) > After logging out to text mode in 10.3 RELEASE, and calling startx again, X > starts up with the twm window manager, not xfce4. Twm provides only the > mouse cursor, no terminal, so a deadstart is required to recover. Umm.. So how are you (re)starting X? For xfce(4), it's usually started via ~/.xinitrc containing at least the entry: startxfce4 When not using an xdm of some sort, ie; starting X automatically at boot. So unless you're [already] attempting it in this fashion. This should not be considered a bug. :-) BTW I'm not the MAINTAINER for x11-wm/xfce4. Just tryin' to help. :-) --Chris -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. _______________________________________________ [email protected] mailing list https://lists.freebsd.org/mailman/listinfo/freebsd-xfce To unsubscribe, send any mail to "[email protected]"
