esqueci de falar..... eu estou fazendo a manutenção das variaveis gettext do fonte do pfsense, e o autor sugestionou o uso dessa ferramenta (como é usado no projeto ubuntu - https://launchpad.net/rosetta) que achei muito bom pra adiantar o trabalho de tradução de forma colaborativa.
Eu iniciei a tradução do arquivo pt_BR que esta em 10%.
