Então Giancarlo, Eu estive conversando com Marcelo Araujo e o Daniel Bristot (Estavamos no Conisli trocando umas ideias) e eles falaram que é possivel fazer o mergemaster com o sistema rodando normalmente, eles só me alertaram para ficar esperto quanto aos servicos que podem travar na inicialização (quando for rebootar para pegar o novo kernel) e ainda falaram que deve ver se não tem muita diferença entre os kernels isso pode ocasionar tambem o travamento.
