dimensionamento de hd/controladores .... qual a config do cache_dir seu ? talvez seu hardware nao aguente o seu trafego... se esta mensagen ocorrer muito.. voce tem um problema.. se ocorrer.. raramente... nao considere um problema... mas fique de olho !!
