Faz um OPTIMIZE. Depois força um "FLUSH TABLES". Se mesmo assim continuar o erro, supondo que vc tem os dados salvos em backup, faça um TRUNCATE, seguido novamente do OPTIMIZE e "FLUSH TABLES". Verifique se corrigiu o problema com "CHECK TABLE".
