Pelo que vi FreeBSD 7.0, certamente PFSense BETA, já que a versão STABLE 
(versão 1.2) usa ainda o FreeBSD 6, correto?

O traffic shapping certamente é usando aquele ipfw-classifyd, que muita 
gente da lista TESTOU, e teve alguns problemas (se olhar no histórico da 
lista acha alguma coisa).

Eu até cheguei a mandar email para o autor do ipfw-classifyd, mas ele 
falou que estava sem tempo para continuar os testes, e pelo que estou 
vendo no site dele não teve mudança alguma:
