se vc estiver usando nagios com mysql , deve ser problema de permissão do usuario que se conectará ao banco de dados vc esta usando nagios + ndo2db ? se sim, verifique os arquivos de configuracao do ndo2db em relacao ao host e usuarios usados na na comunicacao com banco
