А вот трехзначная задержка на последнем хопе существенна, при том что она появляется только при трассировке TCP-пакетами на 25-й порт, а при трассироке UDP-пакетами (предыдущая трассировка, которая в квоте НИЖЕ из-за долбанного топ-квотинга) задержки нормальные до самого конца. При этом обычная трассировка гораздо длиннее. Это всё признаки "прозрачного проксирования" 25-го порта провайдером. Выясняй отношения с ним, пусть расскажет свою политику пропуска SMTP-протокола в мир.
