Make sure there is a clear description of the project suitable for newcomers
on the front page. This was the biggest mistake made with the current
website and tends to cause people to become disheartened immediately as they
don't know what the project is really about. Also make sure the downloads
are easy to get at and that the links work. That's pretty much the only
feedback I've received. I would probably try and flatten the structure of
the website more so it's not so hard to dig down to information.
You may also want to integrate the Log into the web site more. Volunteers
to maintain the log and/or a FAQ would also be appreciated.

Load shedding is good... :) I'm very glad to see some new people joining in
on the FreeCard project and really getting involved. It is nice to know
that although many of the original founding members are beginning to run out
of time for FreeCard, the project is still progressing with a combination of
new and old members. Congratulations all!
