No need to nessecarily upload it to your servers - it can quite happily be
put on my servers and just linked to from the wiki.  Also, there's no need
for XML-RPC either, you could just use a standard HTTP POST in the same way
the browser does.  I need to do up a few more examples of HTTP form
retrieval and posting so maybe this will be it.
