Log:
Work around a bug in SDL that makes the mouse cursor jump around in full screen
mode. It still jumps for a short moment when switching back to the default
cursor, but goes back to the right position immediately. See also
http://www.libsdl.org/pipermail/sdl/2004-May/062065.html. Reported by
"charlieg".
