Closer inspection reveals that Eleazar has added some effects,
shadowing, color, lighting and other filters onto the existing
buildings: a full face lift. The new icons are one alternative SDI
defense plus four technology icons.

The tech icons should be commented out since we have a full separate
set, but other than that, I support committing this to trunk.
