Not tested, but it breaks victory probability calcultations at client side.
However, main problem with this is that it teaches new players
(playing against novice ai) habits that are wrong against harder ai.
It is good idea to attack with unit A against unit B when playing
against novice ai, but it's bad idea against harder ai.
Making science cost more for novice ai would be better solution in
that it does not directly affect human player.
