Committed the patch that takes away the hardcoded hut behavior and uses
lua event scripting. Committed to trunk as r13113. Final patch attached,
only spelling changes, but is is much larger as it includes the same
script.lua file for the rulesets default, civ1 and civ2.
Also committed a change (previously posted) to make move_unit in
server/unittools.c have return type void. In move_unit checks are done
(caller does that), and the return type is not really used right now.
Removed since we can't predict move_unit side effects due to hut events
Keeping this open until the dependency PR#39466 is closed.
