Trivial patch looks like this. Tested on trunk but is probably

Subject: [PATCH] (PR#39938) paratroopers 'disapear' when dropped on protected city

Make sure the "paratroopers killed when dropped on city"-message is
displayed by default, by changing its message category to
Unit: Defender destroyed (E_UNIT_LOST), just like paradrops into the
ocean.
