Patch addresses the choice of build status character
for wonders in the German translation, as discussed
in this thread:
http://forum.freeciv.org/viewtopic.php?p=21356

Namely, the current '-' translating 'B' is the same
character as used for worklist status, causing German
users to see (-)(-) in the build string. Similarly
for '+' translating 'w'.

Attached patch makes the following changes:
"?built:-" -> "?built:F" ("fertig", i.e. "finished")
"?wonder:+" -> "?wonder:w" ("wunder")
"?obsolete:0" -> "?obsolete:V" ("veraltet", i.e. "obsolete")

Of course, I would perfer if a translator could had
a look and possibly think of better abbreviations that
would be both intuitive and consistent with the rest
of the German translation.
