Details:
Currently metaserver URL is set with "-M <URL>" to server and with "-m <URL>"
to client. Attached patch unifies that by changing also client to use "-M
<URL>"
Server has also "-m", which is used to enable reporting to (default)
metaserver. Explicit "-m" is not needed when using "-M <URL>".
