Details:
"tag 13 spaceship" continues to be logged as "0" in civscore.log, even when a
player is building or has built a spaceship and launched it to Alpha
Centauri.
This information is correctly logged to the savegame files, but not in
civscore.log as of 2.1.8, currently testing 2.1.9
