Details:
As discussed in RT ticket #40057, this patch changes mystrerror() to take
error number as parameter instead of accessing errno directly.
At the same time, mystrerror() is renamed as fc_strerror(). New type fc_errno
and function fc_get_errno() are added to get error token regardless of the
operating system.
