Details:
improved upkeep patch (PR#40619):
calculate the right numbers for:
* the expected gold income of a player
* the expected gold income of a city
if 'game.info.gold_upkeep_style' is set to 1
apply the patch on top of PR#40619 (it is in trunk)
I hope that I did not miss any gold numbers ...
