Details:
There is probably ticket about this somewhere in RT...
Currently units in isometric view can be at max 1.5 x tile height, or their
top is not always drawn and artifacts are left to screen when they move.
Since civ2 modding community is used to taller units, there is a lot of
existing tileset material that suffers from this.
Attached patch adds support for a bit taller units (they have to fit in the
tile directly over one they stand on). Tilespec format is extended to take
optional "unit_height" parameter. Default is old 1.5 x tile height.
Taller units are properly supported on map canvas (all clients) and
everywhere in gtk2 client. Other clients may clip lower parts of units in
some situations (city dialog, active unit shown at left pane...)
Patch seems to apply cleanly also on S2_1 where this was first requested. As
new tilespec field is optional, this doesn't break tileset compatibility. So
this should go to S2_1 also, I think.
