Details:
The current city report combines some categories, for instance 'surplus'.
However, there are reasons why you would want to get this information
separately.
For instance, I often like to see the production, in order to decide which
cities should build recycling centres. The category sorts on the basis of
food surplus, so it isn't possible to simply select all cities with a high
production; instead, you must go through and read each production value.
