Details:
GtkItemFactory is depreciated since gtk version 2.4. And this version is
required for compiling freeciv-gtk.
Note also, this patch changes:
* in the unit list iterations, removed key_* call which actually already
affect all the unit list (and is dangerous because the list could be freed).
Note one key_unit_paradrop() is unfortunately still used because there is no
equivalent request_* function, but a FIXME comment is added.
* in the unit list iterations, added new check to be sure the unit can really
do the activities.
* removed _("%s") translated format which looked like a mistake.
* the sensitivity of the city buy cost menu item is dependent of the city
production item (because it is not drawn if the production is not drawn).
* the functions to find a particular menu item doesn't work with the path
anymore, and doesn't translate anything, so it should be really faster.
