Details:
The name of the styles doesn't fit any widget name of the rest of the code.
The attached patch fixes:
* The font options applies to the right styles.
* Added the possibility to of other gui than gtk2 to use font options.
* Added real help text for font options (not "FIXME").
Bug remaining:
* "city_names" and "city_productions" doesn't affect what they should do.
