Details:

This patch introduces and expands on nativist orthographies for the Sumerian
and Babylonian nations.

Sumerian leader name data are from
http://www.angelfire.com/tx/tintirbabylon/sumerlist.html which gives Thorkild
Jacobsen's translation of 'The Sumerian Kinglist' as source.

Babylonian leader name data are from
http://www.angelfire.com/tx/tintirbabylon/assbablist.html which gives the
following sources: 'The Cambridge Ancient History,' (2nd ed.) volumes III and
IV, Brinkmann in Oppenheim 'Mesopotamia: Portrait of a Dead Civilization' (2nd
revised ed.) pp. 335-340, and Oates 'Babylon,' pp. 199-202.

Babylonian cities are now in their Akkadian language form, where applicable.
Data from http://www.ancientscripts.com/akkadian.html and a number of
Wikipedia articles.

Sumerian city list had a number of duplicates - now replaced with some new
ones.

Also adding a number of civil war nations.
