Follow-up Comment #4:
WorkingForMe S2_2 r16601. Used attached savegame for testing. The Czech
transporter entered Sydney and unloaded. Result was that the Sudanese
partisans were unloaded from the Czech transporter. The Cambodian partisans
on the Australian transporter in the same city was not unloaded.
