Follow-up Comment #7, bug #13871 (project freeciv):
As the current patch does not work (it's to old and depends on not used parts
of this patch series), I created an updated version. The patch summery is
listed below:
add settting action callback function
* using a new prototype
* moving the definition of struct setting into setting.c as it is only used
as reference to an option object. Internal data is onlyneeded within
setting.c. This needs a forward declarations of this struct in settings.h and
stdinhand.h.
