Follow-up Comment #1, bug #15222 (project freeciv):
I believe the reason "irrigation" is mentioned here is because the transform
terrain commands share the same shortcut 'i'. However, I can see how the last
sentence can appear confusing to translators.
Perhaps rephrasing the last sentence to something along the lines of: "These
actions do not require a water source."
