Details:
in registry.c:secfile_from_input_file() there are some conditions there
freeciv is aborted due to errors. Some of them include a call to inf_log() to
get a hint to the reason of the exit. I added such a function call to all
functions which missed it. It helps to find the reason why freeciv stops
while reading a modified ruleset. I'm not sure if the error messages are ok
but at lest the functions inf_log() provides a hint there to search ...
example:
delete a '"' within the reqs definition of effects.ruleset or within the new
[settings] section of game.ruleset
