Follow-up Comment #3, patch #1421 (project freeciv): I have another question (it isn't really related but this thread reminded me of it): how should we include nations which didn't have cities? This would primarily affect indigenous North Americans and Australians. Would it be appropriate to use modern city names or geographical features?
