Follow-up Comment #2, bug #15446 (project freeciv):
Played a bit with the editor for the first time :-)
There is a city, two AWACS, several Engineers. There are some airbases built
so far (by the engineers, not the editor).
Keeping an AWACS on an airbase on plains in the north is safe, but not on the
swamp south of the city.
Sometimes after loading, an airbase on the swamp disappears.
If putting the AWACS to sentry mode on swamp works (it does sometimes), it is
not refuelled next turn.
