Follow-up Comment #1, bug #15455 (project freeciv):
All clients seem to allow only 64 characters (chars) for the return from
client_diplomacy_clause_string(), which seems a bit stingy, especially
allowing for UTF-8 encoding (which will be much worse with scripts like
Cyrillic). Presumably the fix is to increase this everywhere (or even get rid
of the hardcoded limit).
